    Well the equipments are not that great! I was on a no contract membership and when i called to cancel I was told by one of you to email to cancel my membership. You failed to tell me that it takes 6 weeks to for the membership to be cancelled when i signed up. And when i did send an email to cancel my membership money was going out of my account for 11weeks. Now that Im asking for the rest of the extra money ive been paying since my membership has been cancelled I haven't gotten a reply back. So my experience with iron gym doesnt deserve a star at all. And still waiting for my money to come back.
